Yes, we took the liberty of re-using one of the titles from Bob the Builder, who is undoubtedly the most well-known construction manager out there. Just kidding! Last week we’ve started our monthly series on project management in different industries with an article on the benefits of PM for public relations. Another month has come and gone. Goodbye, October! Hello, November! As a retrospective is important to move ahead, it’s time to take a look back at our October blog posts. Happy Halloween! How can you scare a project manager and their team? Don’t even try “boo”, it won’t face them. If you really want to frighten them you just need to say two words: project failure. Why is it so scary? Because there’s this thing called ‘scope creep’, can cause the project’s schedule to derail, overrun its budget and end in a disaster.

Teamwork is not always filled with sunshine and rainbows.
