Munich, January 15, 2025 - InLoox, the leader in project management software, presents the official InLoox app for Microsoft Teams. With this integration, InLoox brings project management directly into the popular collaboration platform and ensures maximum flexibility and efficiency in the modern working world.
The new InLoox app for Microsoft Teams offers companies the opportunity to access important project content such as projects, tasks, time entries and more directly in Teams. For example, users can check project progress, update tasks or record times - all without having to leave Teams.
The app has been specifically designed to resemble the familiar interface of the InLoox Web App, so users can find their way around and get started right away. “With the new Teams integration, we are bringing project management to where communication between teams and departments in companies takes place,” explains Dr. Andreas Tremel, co-founder and CEO of InLoox. “Our customers can now seamlessly integrate all their project work into their Teams environment in real time, further increasing their efficiency and deepening their collaboration on projects.”
The app is now available via Microsoft AppSource and adds another central tool for the modern work environment to the powerful InLoox platform.
In addition to the new Teams app, InLoox 11.16 also offers exciting enhancements for Outlook and on-prem environments. With the Modern Add-in for Microsoft Exchange Server, on-prem users can now use the full range of InLoox functions - from creating tasks from emails to managing projects directly in Outlook.
In addition, the module extension enables the use of the InLoox Web App directly in Outlook. This gives users access to central functions such as task management, time recording, finances, dashboards and reports - without having to leave their familiar environment.
