Munich, February 19th 2013– InLoox, project management software producer, will present InLoox PM 7.5 for Outlook at CeBIT, hall 4, booth A02. The trade show will take place in Hannover, Germany, from March 5th to March 9th, 2013. The latest software update integrates just as smoothly into Microsoft Outlook as all previous versions. For the first time, the software for professional and efficient project management not only is available as a classic server/desktop installation, but also as a SaaS solution in the cloud. Project management with InLoox PM is even clearer and more efficient now with the latest version’s further improvements.
The InLoox PM update focuses on flexibility: With InLoox PM 7.5 for Outlook, users can decide whether they would like to host the project management software on their company’s server or whether they prefer using the cloud service. InLoox PM for Outlook is now available as a hosted service with flexible pay-as-you-go plans. Users can take advantage of well-established functions such as project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, document management and project tracking from within the familiar Microsoft Outlook interface without having to run a local server. That makes InLoox PM a perfect fit for smaller teams, freelancers and everyone, who wants to start working on their projects immediately and without great upfront efforts.
The software for modern project management not only integrates seamlessly into Microsoft Outlook but also builds on strengths in user friendliness and practicality of previous versions.
New to the InLoox PM 7.5 update is the comprehensive timeline view, providing a chronological overview of important changes to current projects. Every stakeholder can easily get up to date with their projects and even after longer periods of absence, they can get involved in everyday business much faster.
Further improvements allow for a greater customization of the software and ensure that managing projects with InLoox PM 7.5 is even more comfortable and efficient than with previous versions. Team members can receive reminders via e-mail for their upcoming deadlines and users can choose individually which project team member should be notified about changes to the projects.
Dr. Tiziano Panico, CEO and head of product development at InLoox, says: “InLoox PM is and remains a solution developed in a real-world business environment for real business application. We continuously refine our software based on our clients’ feedback and comments, consistently seeking to tailor our software to everyday challenges of project management.”
The update is available for free to all clients of InLoox PM 7 for Outlook.
A free 30-day trial demo version with the software’s full range of functions is available online to anyone. Both the software update and the trial version can be downloaded at www.inloox.com. Visitors of the CeBIT 2013 can get further information on the complete portfolio of project management software solutions and meet InLoox in hall 4 at booth A02.
