KEY FEATURE InLoox 11.9

Recurring Tasks

In our day-to-day work, we often face the challenge of not losing sight of recurring routine tasks in projects and daily operations.

For this, InLoox now has the solution: With the new feature Recurring Tasks, you can save a significant amount of time. Once you've set a task to recur, InLoox automatically takes care of creating the next task for you in the same pattern once you've completed the current one.

Recurring tasks in projects & personal recurring tasks

We all know them – the recurring tasks that greet us daily, weekly, or monthly like an old friend. Whether it's the status report or invoicing – with InLoox, you can now schedule these project tasks at a rhythm that suits you.

But what about routine tasks that occur regularly but don't have a direct project context? No problem! You can also create such tasks in your task list and set the appropriate recurrence.

Changing the project assignment of tasks

Move tasks from one project to another

When planning changes are needed in dynamic project landscapes, or priorities simply shift, tasks often need to move from one project to another. InLoox now facilitates this adjustment through the task assignment change feature.

With this handy function, you can efficiently create tasks in the global task list and then assign them one by one to the appropriate projects. This is especially time-saving for planners responsible for multiple projects.

Additional conditional formatting options

The list views now have two additional formatting options: you can now relate two fields, allowing you to, for example, highlight tasks or projects in red once an actual value exceeds a target value. Additionally, dynamic date operators are now available, allowing you to, for instance, mark tasks in orange that need to be completed by the end of the quarter.
