Since InLoox 11.15, you can use the templates to add budget line items to your financial plans. 

IMPORTANT In order to be able to use the templates for budget line items, you need to first create budget line item templates for your InLoox account in the account settings. You need admin permissions to be able to access the InLoox account settings.

How to use templates in project financials

  1. After you have created the templates in the InLoox account settings, select an existing financial plan and click on the Templates button.
  2. Alternatively, create a new financial plan first and then click on the Templates button.
  3. In the Line Item Templates window, select the budget line item that you want to add to your plan and click on Add Line Item. If you need to add more than one line item from the list, press Cmd and select as many line items as you need to add and then click Add x Line Items.

Columns: Sort, filter and group the list of line item templates

You can add other columns to this list. 

  • Click on the three-dots-menu in the upper right hand corner and click on Choose Columns. 
  • Now drag and drop the columns you need from the columns menu into your list.

In order to sort, filter and group the list, you need to enable the advanced mode. Click on the three-dots-menu and enable the switch for Advanced Mode.
