InLoox contacts - all contacts that you create in InLoox Web App or that were created there when sharing with InLoox for Outlook, as well as contacts that work on your InLoox Web App account via the invitation feature.
Outlook contacts - those contacts imported from your Outlook address book into InLoox for Outlook. InLoox Web App automatically synchronizes with InLoox for Outlook, so you will also see the Outlook contacts in InLoox Web App.
Attention: You cannot edit these contacts in InLoox Web App! To change anything, you need to edit the Outlook contact in your Outlook address book.
Exchange contacts - If you use InLoox Web App together with InLoox for Outlook and are connected to a Windows Exchange Server via it, the Exchange contacts are also displayed in InLoox Web App.
Attention: You cannot edit these contacts in InLoox Web App! To change something, you need to edit the Exchange contact in your Exchange address book.
To create a new contact, click New contact.
The New Contact dialog box opens, where you can store all relevant details such as data about the person, contact data such as the address or other data such as the website. In addition, you can see the person's work capacities in the Workload tab, if this person has taken on tasks with workload.
Note: These contacts created by you do not have usage or read rights for your InLoox Web App account. For this, you need to purchase multiple usage licenses for your InLoox Web App account and invite the desired people to your account.
