Since InLoox 11.16 you can search your InLoox account. InLoox delivers results from the second letter typed and searches the following categories:
These categories on the left-hand side of the search results menu are clickable. A maximum of 50 results are displayed per category, in descending order of “last modified”.
The following elements are displayed in the search results:
If you click on a search result, InLoox takes you directly to the respective element and opens, for example, the time tracking entry in the associated project.
Multiple terms: If you enter several search terms, all of these terms must appear in at least one of the searched fields. This means that you will only receive results that actually contain all the words you entered.
Partial search (partial match): You do not always need to know the full term. Even entering half of a word will return hits in which this part occurs.
Exact match: Put a search term in double quotation marks, e.g. “ exhibition center 2024” to only receive results that contain this exact phrase. This is helpful if you are looking for very specific terms or phrases.
All search results are filtered according to user permissions. This means that only data records to which the user has access are displayed. This ensures that data protection and security requirements are met.
