To manage saved views, click the button with the three vertically arranged dots in the upper right corner. Here, under Settings, select Manage Views.

The Manage Views window opens, showing all views of all areas of InLoox Web App. You can now download or delete templates. Here, you also have the option to make templates visible and thus usable for all InLoox Web App users. To do so, simply move the slider button on the right side to the right so that it turns blue. This way, your colleagues can now also access the selected views.
